After scheduling, you'll receive an email confirming your appointment and another inviting you to establish your account on our patient portal. For your convenience, we'll also provide reminders via email and text as your appointment nears.

Using the invitation email, establish your account on our portal. Here, you can access medical records, view educational content, communicate directly with your physician, arrange appointments, and join telehealth visits. Ensure you set a strong password and consider enabling two-factor authentication for enhanced security.

Joining Your Telehealth Visit
Ready for your telehealth visit? Simply click the link in your text or email reminder. Alternatively, you can join via our patient portal or mobile app. You’ll pay with your credit card at the time of your visit.
